Steel, bearings, pneumatic parts and electrical components are checked against the bill of materials before entering the workshop.
Machining Accuracy Check
Rollers, shafts and frames are measured after machining; tolerance records follow each machine through assembly.
Assembly Review
Mechanical alignment, guarding, wiring layout and safety switches are reviewed before the electrical cabinet is connected.
Full Running Test
Every machine runs with real tissue paper at production speed. Speed, tension, cutting, folding and sealing are all verified.
