Is machine speed measured in m/min or tons/day? Why is actual production different from rated speed?

Machine speed is specified as maximum line speed in meters per minute, which is not the same as actual daily production.

Actual output is affected by tissue GSM, roll diameter, product specifications, roll changing time, machine adjustment, downtime, packing speed and operator efficiency.

The rated speed is the theoretical maximum; the production capacity we provide is based on stable, practical production under normal operating conditions.

For project evaluation, focus on actual usable production capacity rather than maximum machine speed.
