The roll packing machine collects finished toilet rolls and wraps them in printed polyethylene film. Single roll, 2-roll, 4-roll, 10-roll and 12-roll formats are all supported through the touch-screen recipe system.
Photocell film tracking keeps printed artwork centred on every pack, and the sealing temperature is controlled independently for side and end seals.
The packer can be linked directly to the cutting machine outfeed so the whole roll line runs without manual transfer.
