How long is the warranty, and what is not covered?

Our standard warranty is 12 months for the complete machine, with extended warranty available for selected key components depending on the model and contract.

Normal wear parts and consumables are not covered, including embossing roller rubber covers, cutting blades and belts.

Warranty coverage is subject to the terms stated in the sales contract.
