This automatic band saw cutter is specially engineered for automated cutting of industrial rolls and maxi rolls. It can be linked with JRT industrial roll rewinding machines and packaging machines to form an integrated production line, so long industrial rolls do not require manual transfer from the rewinder to the packaging station.
Equipped with an LED touchscreen with multi-language selectable system, it runs on Siemens-brand PLC and supports calculator-assisted debugging for quick and straightforward parameter setup. Dedicated safety guarding devices significantly enhance the safety level of the whole equipment.
Suitable for processing small paper rolls as well as maxi rolls, with adjustable cutting length and cutting quantity for flexible production of finished rolls in various custom sizes.
