The cutting machine slices rewound tissue logs into finished roll widths. A servo feeding system positions each log accurately, and the automatic blade grinding unit keeps the band saw sharp throughout the shift.
Cutting length is set on the touch screen, so switching between toilet roll, kitchen towel and maxi roll formats takes only minutes.
Dust extraction and an enclosed blade guard keep the workshop clean and protect operators during continuous production.
