This V fold facial tissue folder processes base paper through knife roller cutting and interactive folding to produce interleaved V-fold facial tissue. It is equipped with a vacuum suction system and auto-counting folding unit, featuring fast running speed and precise sheet counting.
The line integrates embossing, folding, electronic counting and cutting in one workflow. Built-in 3 sets of tension controllers guarantee consistent finished folded size, and auto-stop protection on paper breakage lowers paper waste and ensures operational safety.
Both spot embossing and full-surface embossing are supported. Custom embossing molds are available: we can develop patterns as requested, or produce molds based on customers' supplied designs for crisp, attractive prints.
