The facial tissue folding machine interleaves 2-ply or 3-ply tissue into stacks ready for soft pack or box packing. Vacuum folding rollers hold each sheet precisely so the finished stack is square and easy to pack.
Sheet counting is electronically controlled, and stacks are separated automatically for downstream packing. Multi-lane configurations increase output without adding operators.
A cutting and stacking conveyor can be added so the machine feeds directly into an automatic soft pack packing machine.
