Our V-fold facial tissue folding machine transforms raw base paper into interleaved V-fold tissues via rotary knife cutting and synchronized folding. Fitted with vacuum suction and automatic counting modules, it delivers high production speed with reliable sheet count accuracy.
The complete line configuration consists of a high-speed facial tissue folding machine, embossing & color printing system, automatic counting and separating unit, automatic transfer conveying system, auto facial tissue packing machine and facial tissue bundling machine.
Three independent tension regulators maintain stable tension, keeping folded tissue dimensions uniform. An automatic halt function triggers when paper snaps, minimizing raw material loss and securing safe operation.
