The napkin machine converts jumbo reels into folded serviettes for restaurants, hotels and retail packs. Embossing improves appearance and softness, while the folding unit supports 1/4 fold, 1/8 fold and other common formats.
An optional in-line flexo printing unit prints one or two colours directly on the napkin, allowing converters to serve branded catering customers.
Counting and stacking are automatic, and the outfeed can be connected to a napkin bundling packer for finished retail packs.
