The napkin packer counts folded napkins into bundles and wraps them in poly film or bags. Counting is photoelectric, so bundle quantity stays accurate at production speed.
Bundle height is adjustable for thin retail packs and thick catering packs, and the machine can operate in line with the napkin machine or as a stand-alone unit.
A finished-pack conveyor delivers packs to the carton packing station.
