The High Speed Toilet Paper & Kitchen Towel Production Line converts jumbo tissue rolls into finished logs through automatic unwinding, embossing, perforating and rewinding. It can connect with log saw and packing machines for a complete tissue production line.
Siemens PLC and servo control with touch screen operation provide accurate control and a multilingual interface. Independent web tension control provides smooth and stable paper feeding, and servo perforation ensures consistent roll size and sheet length.
Optional configurations include single, double or steel-to-steel embossing, toilet paper lamination, and kitchen towel point-to-point or nested lamination. A toilet roll accumulator and full automatic log saw complete the line.
