The toilet paper machine rewinds jumbo tissue reels into finished bathroom rolls with accurate sheet count and consistent roll hardness. Two unwind stands support 1-ply to 3-ply production, and the embossing unit can be configured with point-to-point or nested patterns.
Tension is controlled by magnetic powder brakes and frequency inverters, so the paper web stays stable from unwinding to rewinding even at high speed. Automatic core feeding, tail gluing and log ejection reduce manual handling and keep the line running continuously.
The machine is normally combined with a log saw cutting machine and a roll packing machine to form a complete toilet paper production line.
