This integrated line produces jumbo maxi rolls, toilet rolls and kitchen towels. An optional glue lamination unit improves paper texture and quality.
Independent motor drives for each section make parameter adjustment and specification switching easy. Servo perforation delivers even pitch with adjustable sheet length, and automatic tension control on each unwinder stabilizes paper feeding.
The continuous-cycle design prepares the next core during rewinding, with automatic tail sealing, trimming and gluing once rewinding completes. Adjustable rewinding tightness makes soft or firm rolls.
