The handkerchief machine produces pocket tissue stacks in 3-ply or 4-ply. Longitudinal and cross folding units are servo synchronised for exact fold lines and neat stacks.
Because pocket tissue is packed at high speed, stack accuracy directly affects packing efficiency; our machine keeps each stack aligned and counted before transfer.
The machine is usually paired with a multi-lane handkerchief packing machine to complete the pocket tissue line.
